BiographyFrom as far back as I can remember, real estate has been my passion. I've been a licensed Realtor® and Medallion Club Award recipient with Royal LePage Sterling since 2005. Prior to real estate I worked in the financial services industry for 10 years, and operated several family owned businesses. Those who know me, say that I have a keen eye for detail, a thoroughness about everything I do, along with exceptional tenacity and problem solving skills. My natural ability to listen to clients’ needs, communicate effectively and negotiate, have proven to be a perfect fit with my career in real estate. I set high standards for the properties my clients purchase, which I believe sets me apart as a real estate professional. My philosophy is that if it’s not something I would buy for myself, then it’s not a property I would recommend to my clients either. I always have my eye on future resale value, so I am very particular with the recommendations I make. I also believe in taking the time required to get a home ready for sale before bringing it to market, and in using professionals for photography and printed marketing materials.
